excellent service quick stay breakfast options bathroom flooring missing lift creaky floor
The staff provided excellent service. They even served food before the scheduled time. This was helpful because I needed a quick stay. The cooked breakfast had great options to choose from and was served at the table.
The bathroom flooring was not in great condition. That needs fixing. I woke up my partner when I needed to use the toilet at night. The floor was creaky. The hotel lacked a lift. It was a little difficult to use the stairs.

great food selection efficient staff low water pressure tiny bathroom
breakfast offered a great selection of food i found the staff efficient.
the ensuite bathroom was tiny the water pressure was low the temperature regulation on the taps was off it was hard to get a decent shower.

plentiful breakfast friendly staff
staff are very friendly i noticed. plentiful breakfast of good quality was another real plus. The black pudding STANDS out as delicious. All the staff was very accommodating.

pleasant stay
friendly staff delicious dinner many options good value
I appreciated the friendly staff. They were very helpful. our dinner tasted delicious and filled us up after our long drive. breakfast included many options. i found the hotel offered good value. I would stay here again.
The bathroom grout needed a better clean. It looked a bit dirty. i wasn't sure if it had not been cleaned or had built up over time.

adequate, but some issues noted
small shower cubicle outdated television
I found some aspects of my stay less than stellar. the shower cubicle was rather small. I felt cramped. the television also seemed a bit outdated. The screen could definitely be bigger. these issues detracted from what was otherwise an acceptable experience.
