beautiful shower great location poor quality previous guest
the bedroom had a beautiful shower and a nicely decorated space. comfy beds and the great location made my visit quite convenient
the linen felt poor quality and the pillows were awful. previous guests socks were left on the radiators.

stylish decor hassle-free arrival responsive customer service
I found the room decor very stylish! The hotel had a hassle-free arrival system. Customer service was helpful and responsive!
The main disappointment is that there was no cleaner to change our towels for 3 days also you can hear noises from other rooms very clearly so no privacy and no hair dryer or anything at this hotel.

full heat radiator small bathroom
the room decor was stylish and modern to my taste.
the radiator was stuck on full heat. i tried turning it off, but the room remained unbearably hot and made it hard to sleep. also, the bathroom was very small, and there was limited space to use the toilet.
