the welcome from geraldine was so warm. she helped us with routes and local attractions. our room felt neat and clean. we loved having breakfast and could even have it brought to our room if we wanted.

there is space to store bikes. the location is lovely to stay. somerset house is near enough to walk to seaside and promenade. it is also close to the station for days out.

comfortable room superb cleanliness really good breakfast inconvenient service full english available ingredient
geraldine was amazing and she managed to squeeze us in. the room was really comfortable. the cleanliness is superb and the breakfast was fantastic.
the cooked meal available had all the ingredients but it was not served as a full english. you had to choose your ingredients on a bap. it was hardly convenient.

inadequate heating peculiar meal
the heating was inadequate. it went off at 10:00 pm. it did not come on again until around 07:15/07:30. breakfast was a peculiar affair. the cooked meal available had all the ingredients of a full english but not served as a full english

The cooked breakfast offered several good options. Staff provided free on-road parking outside the building between specific hours. It was a very nice little place, CLEAN and organized.
