room cleanliness visible dust
the room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed several cobwebs in the corners of the room. dust was visible on some surfaces. the cleanliness detracted from the overall experience, and i hope this is addressed .

twin room english breakfast real class
the twin room was well decorated. the class of the place was real. a full english breakfast was available and tasted delicious!
One minor detail i noticed was that it wasn't spotlessly clean. Some spiderwebs were in corners though the building has character.

the annexe room felt stylish and included treats for my dog. the full english breakfast was hearty and delicious. it had a superb taste. walks started right from the doorstep near black combe.
the building had many spiderwebs, this may be caused by the building's age.
