lovely location comfy beds kind staff tiny bedroom small bathroom fluctuating shower
i found the location perfect for exploring. the rooms were a nice surprise. they were clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. they greeted us warmly and answered all our questions.
the bedroom was tiny, i had difficulty opening my suitcase fully. i had to rearrange the furniture. the bathroom was minute and the shower fluctuated between hot and cold.

I found the location ideal. It allowed easy access to local trails. The rooms impressed me with their cleanliness. I liked the comfortable beds. They were great after a busy day outdoors. The staff was kind and helpful.
My only minor issue was that the room felt a bit small.

the location was excellent for nearby hills. rooms were clean and spacious, the beds and pillows were super comfy.
the breakfast was not good. i found the instant coffee disappointing.

lovely stay near helvellyn
convenient location tasty breakfast fantastic host excellent service
The location was super convenient. It was great for exploring helvellyn, and the breakfast was tasty. the host was fantastic, and the pub downstairs had a lively atmosphere. matthew provided excellent service ensuring we were well looked after after a long day.
The bedroom was a little tiny. i had some difficulty opening my suitcase fully. I had to rearrange the furniture slightly.
