Convenient and Clean Stopover!

The room was clean. It featured a walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. Decaf coffee sachets were included in addition to standard options, which I found great. I slept well because the room was quiet, despite its proximity to the A74(M) motorway.
The parking now incurs an extra charge. It is unexpected at a motorway hotel like this.

The location has ample dedicated parking spaces . Breakfast is available at the adjacent Welcome Break Services, and guests can book it online or at reception upon check-in. I liked this convenience.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided useful information regarding nearby services. I found the nibbles and water and juice available at reception very convenient. What a pleasant surprise!!!

The room was very clean and had tea and coffee. I had a good night's sleep because the hotel was quiet. Free parking was available right outside. This was a plus. I appreciated the easy access.

the front desk provided a warm welcome. ample parking was available in the main services area. rooms had good service and restaurants were conveniently located nearby.
i wasnt happy that it sat in the middle of a petrol station and road services stop.
