Breakfast included toast and tasty marmalade. It was freshly cooked. the location was great, close to local cafés. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The room was small. the pillows were hard and lumpy. I could not get comfortable. it affected my sleep. there was also a persistent draft, even with the windows closed. i did not expect such a tiny space. it made relaxing in the room difficult

central location really good host extra service
i loved how central the location was. it was in the town centre. rob and tanya were really good hosts. they were really nice for me.
the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, this could be improved.

the bowness pier is only a short walk away, so convenient! traveling by car was easy because of easy parking. using public transport is also simple due to regular transport links.

the double room had soft fluffy sheets. i found the location central and near to windermere lake. there was parking available and it was close by.
the pillows were not particularly comfortable.
