the location met my expectations it was close to walking trails
the radiator thermostat in my room was broken the room became uncomfortably hot even with the window open i also noted a lack of warmth from some of the staff upon arrival this contrasts sharply with previous experiences

the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom featured modern fixtures (i especially liked the shower). i found several walking routes originating right from the hotel, a great benefit. the log fire in the lounge was warm and cute after my long walks.
the new beer selection did not fully meet my preferences.

The staff helped me with warmth. The room had a very good bathroom. Breakfast included an extensive menu. I found something different on the restaurant menus.
The bar closed early. Though it was understandable, I wished it had stayed open a bit later.
