faulty light bulb poor breakfast
the room was clean and tidy on arrival which i appreciated.
the bathroom light bulb was not working it made showering difficult water temperature fluctuated significantly. breakfast on the second day was poor with excessively oily hash browns and sausages. the staff also initially charged me another customer's bill and struggled to correct my own even after i pointed it out causing delays in reimbursement.
