the apartment's location was quite acceptable, right in the heart of things.

I never received the pre-arrival email with check-in info. It's apparently required to get the keybox code. so, upon arrival, i couldn't access my apartment and it took a while to reach someone. i did not get any apologies whatsoever. A really great start after a long day traveling.

flawed check-inawkward tv

the initial check-in process was flawed communication about keybox access was absent a bizarre email suggested i was already in the apartment though i had not yet arrived this created immediate confusion and required me to seek clarification the tv was positioned awkwardly above the bin i risked hitting my head when using the oven the kitchen lacked essentials such as a chopping board and sufficient knives.

the apartment was impeccably clean. the beautiful double pet-friendly room was very spacious. the garden view was very calming. the bed was comfy.

i found that the tv did not work for me , a little frustrating.

There was a tesco express just 100 yards down the road. That was very convenient. the kitchen was equipped with basic cutlery and china, which worked well for simple meals. i had a quick walk to local shops and restaurants. It was convenient.

the access information was sent late at night, that was appreciated. the apartment was dog-friendly. my dog was even treated with a blanket and candy, AMAZING!!!
