lovely selection nice staff central location
Breakfast offered a lovely selection. The staff in the breakfast area were nice. I found the room to be very very comfy and tidy. The central location made exploring the area very convenient.
Parking cost extra and it was located a short walk away.

The bar area was busy. we were quickly seated at a restaurant table. Cleanliness CANNOT be faulted. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The hotel provides optimal accessibility to many conveniences.

The food received high marks from our group. They accommodate dietary needs. Evening meals tasted good. The serving staff also provided a good experience. I had sandwiches with fries. Also i enjoyed a nice pint.

The room felt lovely and warm. The bed proved really comfy, i slept well each night. Rooms are well appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail. The rooms were really good for all of the group.

unacceptable noise late music
the breakfast was acceptable (i especially liked the eggs).
the noise levels were unacceptable . i was in room 14, and it is near a sports bar so booming music was a major disturbance. the music continued until late so i struggled to rest until after 10:30 pm.

friendly staff fluffy towels constant noise market setup
the staff was helpful and very friendly! the room had tea and coffee. it also had a hair dryer, and fluffy towels.
i found the hotel to be quite noisy. there were deliveries every morning at 3am, and i could hear bottles crashing. the market setting up at 4am was also very loud. this constant noise affected my sleep.

a bit underwhelming
dog smell steep stairs
the location was central , made it easy to get around
the room i got was not what i expected it smelled a bit like wet dog the furniture looked cheap and old the stairs were very steep too i think some people would struggle with them they were also quite narrow

hot food great breakfast toast option
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! they served tea and coffee right at the table. hot food i ordered from a menu. there was cereal, yogurt, pastries, and juice immediately available. i even got toast. White or brown bread was an option.
my room was on the second floor and it was a difficult staircase, nobody helped me with my luggage.

A Good Stay
central location friendly staff clean room quality ingredients
the hotel was centrally located. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. my room was clean, well kept, and perfect. the breakfast offered a lovely variety of options, and I appreciated the quality of the ingredients.
The only VERY SLIGHT issue was the small size of the bathroom in my room. It made maneuvering a little difficult.

The hotel sits in a superb central area, great for walking to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. It means guests have easy access to everything. the streets around the hotel provide wonderful opportunities for exploration.

Breakfast was a good experience each morning. I appreciate the variety and quality of options. The availability of on-site parking provided added convenience arriving by car even though it costs extra.
