The staff was friendly. the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the steak. It was cooked perfectly. i had a great night's sleep, and the location was perfect for exploring. check-in and check-out were easy.
the street outside was a little noisy late at night, so i'd recommend requesting a room at the back.

room upgrade extensive breakfast uneven floor long wait
the staff are friendly. i got a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival and that was a super surprise. breakfast was extensive and had good options.
The floors were uneven and had small steps. That was awkward. it seemed the kitchen was short staffed so there was a long wait for our evening meal. management didn't contact me after my complaint about the wait.

spacious layout comfortable bed quality ingredients
The executive room included a spacious layout and comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite large. I also found the breakfast menu had varied options with good quality ingredients.
Parking is in a car park just opposite, but finding a free space can be a challenge.

relaxing stay

clean room friendly staff good food
the room was spacious and clean. nothing was a bother for the staff. i ate in blocks restaurant on the friday and the food was superb, my steak was cooked perfectly. breakfast was included in the price (it was amazing!), and the choice was immense, with cereals and a good choice of hot items as well.
the place was a bit noisy at times.

uneven floors lack of management
The restaurant was acceptable, with a steak restaurant with some of the best steaks I have had.
The floors were quite uneven as the building is old. There were also some awkward doorways. Management was not available during the weekend of my visit.
