I found the staff cute upon my arrival. The hotel features a lovely pub and restaurant. The food was great, especially the excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, so I rested well.
The dated decor was noticeable. I feel that a small update may improve the overall aesthetic of the place. The noise level early in the morning from other guest affected me.

the staff are friendly and helpful. i really appreciate the coffe machine in the hall. it had recently refurbished room and proper coffe. this was a great stay.
our room was quite dated, and it was a little bit tired. the glass window above the door let in light from the landing all night. the bathroom felt a bit dull.

The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Stuart, who offered a ride). Our room was recently redecorated. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the super quiet place. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was superb. I really appreciated that the hotel sources all their ingredients locally.
The service at dinner was slow. We waited for quite a while before our order was taken.
