hidden overcharge poor communication
i wasn't happy about the extra charges. we arrived a bit early, staff said our room was ready. checkout included a sneaky £25 per room fee for early access. nobody bothered to mention this beforehand, and they ignored my complaint after i noticed the overcharge.

a bit much for early arrival.
hidden cost early arrival
I wasn't thrilled about the extra charge. It felt a bit sneaky. we arrived earlier than expected, and they let us check in, great. but then they charged us extra for it, without telling us upfront. it seemed like they should have mentioned the fee before handing over the keys. i felt a little ripped off by that hidden cost.

the breakfast was delicious, cooked exactly as i ordered. the staff was very friendly.
i found an unexpected overcharge on my credit card bill after checking out? this wasn't mentioned . also, the wi-fi was slow.

superb accomodation delicious food hidden overcharge early fee
The accommodation was superb in a gorgeous country pub. food was delicious. I enjoyed the steak and ale pies with mash, peas, and gravy. there was an excellent choice on the breakfast menu the next morning. the staff went out of their way to ensure i enjoyed my stay.
i booked two rooms while attending a nearby wedding. i was overcharged, which totally spoiled the stay.
