i found the hotel quite clean. it also has a gréat location near everything. i appreciated the hosts keeping in touch prior to arrival and providing information about local parking.
the decor felt tired.

the location suited me well with the car park conveniently behind the building i also found local pubs for dining nearby. it's great they welcome dogs so i'll certainly return! jan was lovely and really helpful nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
the decor felt a bit dated and tired in places i noticed.

the location was excellent, being close to shops and pubs. the staff were friendly and helpful. i had coffee in my room using the provided cafetière (a nice touch!). the room was clean, and i appreciated having a kettle and mini fridge.
the sound proofing was not good, and i heard noises from other rooms.

the host wrote down several dog walks for me (very helpful!). the communal kitchen was available, with milk and cereal provided. self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

the room had a hairdryer, a mini fridge, and hangers for clothes. the location proved superb (everything was within easy reach). the owners seemed very helpful, offering assistance with directions and local information.
during my stay, i experienced some interruptions with the wifi connectivity. an extender might help with this issue.
