the location is superb, very central to everything. the staff greeted us warmly and provided useful information about the area. our room was super clean with great attention to detail. i liked the hallway decoration, complete with leaflets for local attractions.

i only noticed the absence of an extra hand towel in the bathroom, but it was a very minor issue.

the langdale suite had beautiful decoration, and attention to detail stood out. it included milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits upon arrival. a separate sitting area with a sofa and tv added comfort.

the suite had lake views to the rear. the location was fantastic because it was near the town center. the suite was also very spacious.

the car park is not near the hotel so i had to leave my car where i could not see it. the room could use some updates because the fridge just sat in the corner. there was also no water in the room so i needed to bring my own.
