the location is superb, just a short walk to the river. the bar felt really inviting with a pleasant atmosphere. the breakfast included good choices and tasted delicious.

The room was spacious and super clean. breakfast was very good. Sharon managed things well and she's very friendly!
the check-in time began at 3pm, i thought the room would be warm but it was cold upon my arrival. the hot water was also not very hot.

the room was very cold upon arrival. the radiator was only just switched on, according to the staff. hot water was not available initially, so i had to wash in the sink using kettle water. the breakfast area also felt draughty.

the location was excellent. it was easy to access everything (especially the shops nearby). the breakfast was very good, and the lady serving was cheerful. the room was spacious with a comfy bed.
The room was a bit cold when i arrived. i think the radiator had just been switched on. i also had some trouble with the hot water. It wasn't quite hot enough for a shower.

the staff was helpful and friendly. i had a decent meal in the pub (i really enjoyed the house kebab). breakfast was good the next morning.
the room was very small. i noticed the bathroom needs a deep clean. i also found that check-in was from 3pm so i expected the room to be warm, but it was cold on my arrival.
