Absolutely Wonderful Getaway!

the MENU offered many choices, and the food was AMAZING. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, REALLY. Staff was courteous and very helpful to ALL. The dog Sashi gave us a Fine, warm greeting, and it was our pleasure to meet him.
the room was lovely but VERY slight noise traveled from guests upstairs.

the location is GREAT for exploring the area, REALLY. Nearby walks are accessible right outside the door. A walk up the Helm offers a fabulous view after a short hike, which I recommend.

staff members are SUPER friendly and very accommodating, I must say. They are prepared for dietary intolerances, I KNOW, and offer diet-friendly options on the menu. Their service always comes with a friendly smile, it is ALWAYS appreciated.

this place is SUPER pet friendly, it IS! Extensive parking and play areas provide ample room for dogs to sniff around. The beer garden is a REALLY appreciated amenity in good weather, it's a MUST.

the staff displayed very nice teamwork and enthusiasm. they delivered very good service . the food was cooked to order and of high quality. i observed the presentation closely and i found no issues with the food, it was amazing. my room was well-presented, clean, and comfortable with provided towels. tea and coffee were available in abundance.
the sound proofing wasn't effective. i could hear conversations from the room above. the noise levels were difficult to tolerate. this resonated throughout the room.

the location offers convenient access to nearby transportation. the hotel is located uphill from the train station and has ample parking. it also offers an easy commute to main lakes.

i noted the extensive menu with many options. breakfast includes a good selection of cereal, fruit juice, and yogurt. gluten-free and dairy-free options are available for my daughter, the staff prepared everything with attention.

Wonderful Hospitality and Great Food

I really appreciated the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The meal I had was delicious and my bedroom was very nice and neat. It was a lovely stay. I found everything was awesome, especially the superb restaurant food and above-average breakfast. I was grateful for the generous bed sizes and the cosy, warm atmosphere in the room.
The sound insulation in the room wasn't perfect, and I could hear some noise from the room above at times.

The location is peaceful, very surrounded by countryside, and provides a great base for exploration. Just a short walk away, there is a path to the Helm, a hill with lovely scenic views. The setting offers a tranquil retreat from urban life.
