an amazing, elegant stay!

large roomarmchair areafresh breakfastsmall room
We booked into the bassenthwaite suite for one night over the weekend. the room itself is large and even included a day bed and an armchair area. the room had everything we needed, including a fridge with bottled water. breakfast was delicious and of very good quality. It was all cooked fresh to order.
the lady of the place could have been a tad less inquisitive about how much her customers could eat and where they went for dinner. this was a small room with hardly any space to move around. i stayed in the buttermere suite first floor.
