Brundholme enjoys a great location, only a 5-minute walk to Keswick's town center and a similar distance to Derwent Water, with many rooms offering fabulous views, often towards Cat Bells and the park. Breakfast is served in the nearby Crow Park Hotel, and while some guests have found the experience slightly unconventional due to the separate location for breakfast and check-in, the views and convenient access to town and trails seem to be a winning combination. Parking is a huge bonus for many, adding to the overall convenience.

excessive chargepoor communication

the charge for a bit of food on the duvet felt excessive, costing £100, it surprised me. no one told us about restrictions on bringing food to the room upon arrival. a phone call the next day mentioned a sign, but i didn't see it anywhere, it felt poorly communicated. asking for my wallet right away seemed rude. a fine of £40 would have been more reasonable, the hotel's handling of the situation felt off.
