Okay stay WITH some issues

inconsistent shower temperature poor sound insulation
The breakfast was acceptable (the full english was standard).
I found a couple of issues. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated a lot. the sound insulation was poor. I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

wonderful stay!

early check-in large bed excellent location
i could check in early and i felt so welcome. my room, a delight, had a huge bed and lovely warm decor. the location is excellent with many places to eat and drink nearby. a convenient co-op just up the road.
the only very slight hiccup was a bit of street noise during the night.

i found the room to be supremely clean. the breakfast each morning included many options. the staff provided helpful advice on local attractions for me.

okay stay but noisy

central location friendly staff excellent breakfast road noise bad attitude refund issue
I found the location really central. Everything i needed was super close. breakfast was excellent, it really set me up for the day. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating! i would definitely book again.
Road noise was a big issue. I only stayed one night and didn't get any sleep! i booked two nights but asked for a refund on the second night. sadly the owner displayed a bad attitude, a shame.

a wonderful stay!!!

friendly staff excellent location
the staff were very friendly and helpful, a real asset! i really enjoyed the excellent location. it made getting around so easy. the breakfast was delicious too, a perfect start to each day. i stayed in a superior double room and it was just right for me.
the road noise was a bit bothersome. i did find it hard to sleep initially. perhaps some better soundproofing would help.

the breakfast included cereals, pastries and hot items. the dining area had seating for approximately 20 guests. coffee and tea were self-service from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

a very good stay

good location many options available staff comfortable bed
the location was very good. breakfast had many options. the staff was always available. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i could park near the building. it made things much easier. i plan to return again in the future.
the street sounds were a little loud.
