The noise level WAS bad. A stag party kept shouting outside at 3am one night. Our room was right above the outside area and i smelled cigarette smoke. Builders started early each morning and i didn't know they would be there.

the location proved acceptable, offering immediate access to nearby attractions.
The noise level was unacceptable. Stag parties created disturbances past 3am. cigarette smoke permeated the room from the outdoor area. The seating area needed better upkeep.

Okay Stay. Could Have Been Quieter

cigarette smoke noisy stags
The location was ideal, so everything I wanted in town was just a five-minute walk away.
It was too noisy due to a stag and hen weekend. Stags shouted at 3 a.m. I was over the outside area and could smell cigarette smoke in my bedroom. Builders were there making noise in the morning. I was not aware this would happen. The seating area could have been cleaner, too.
