helpful staff fresh water
the staff was VERY helpful. the hotel looked after my dog AND offered it fresh water regularly. it was nice to have some food available onsite.
the taps were loose with water leakage. the commode handle was loose TOO.

a great stay!

excellent breakfast great beer dog welcome
the breakfast was excellent. i especially appreciated the variety of beers at a great price. archie loved the attention from the reception! and the cleaning staff. i would use this place again if i return.
The guestroom doors slammed loudly. I could feel the force in the bed. this, paired with a screaming child nearby, made sleep difficult.

convenient stay

comfortable bed microwave access
i stayed in rooms above a pub. they were surprisingly quiet allowing me to get decent sleep. plates, cutlery, and a microwave were provided though breakfast wasn't served. the comfortable bed was great.

the staff were very friendly. they were also knowledgable about local things. the breakfast i had was very good. it was cooked well and i get plenty of food.
guestroom doors slam loud. it makes a lot of noise. i could feel the force of them in my bed. a child scream a lot in the next room. i get poor sleep.

a decent stay overall

cooked breakfast good value loud music mould showers
The breakfast was very good. It was cooked well plus there was plenty of it. it wasn't included but it was good value, i think.
Loud music played until 1 in the morning, and it was a monday night. there was also some mould in the showers. I noticed it immediately.

i liked that the shared microwave, toaster and fridge was on my floor. it was a good idea even if i did not used them. the room was very spacious.
the mattresses were not comfortable.
