"Very clean and very well equipped cottage, beds were comfortable, lounge furniture was very comfortable the property is very easy to get to from the motorway and it is very close to the town of Penrith, it has a hot tub which was enjoyed by a couple of our group, lots of board games and jigsaws for rainy days and very well equipped kitchen, the whole cottage was extremely clean and welcoming and very quiet at night, we were very happy with our short stay at the property and would have no hesitation in staying here again."
