lodge life done RIGHT
fantastic hot tub extra touch clean place helpful host
the hot tub STOOD OUT as the star amenity. i also appreciated the little extras, like the shower stuff and plentiful towels. the place was clean and tidy and just how i like it. host messages were quick and helpful.
the facilities were closed , a little disappointing.

i did not use the restaurant BUT it seems the lodge has a large fridge freezer. this is useful for storing groceries purchased for cooking within the accommodation during your stay.

location IS GREAT for visiting other areas. Ullswater is only a short drive. the site itself has a quiet and tranquil atmosphere and i really liked that it was so quiet.

the lodge HAS a swimming pool AND arcade, providing diverse options for entertainment. also there's dvds, A HUGE selection of dvds. it's a good idea if you wanna have movie nights.

modern lodge enjoyable access designated parking space dirty cupboard red hot water missing canopy
i found the lodge very modern. access to the hot tub was really enjoyable for me. a designated parking space within the park was also practical.
the kitchen sink cupboard was full of dirt when i arrived. i could not get a shower, it was red hot. in the pictures of this lodge there is a canopy over the hot tub, but there wasn't.

excellent lodge experience
spacious lounge essential equipment large freezer ensuite toilet
the lodge featured a clean, spacious lounge. the kitchen and diner provided ample space with all necessary equipment. a large fridge freezer was available for storing groceries. the ensuite toilet and sink in the master bedroom maximised convenience for multiple occupants.
the site facilities were closed . i had anticipated they would be open.

communication was effective. assistance with entry codes was provided. helpful instructions were given regarding the area.
