The cleanliness was really good. The cottage location provided sounds of the river, very soothing. The kitchen came fully equipped with all utensils and extras like umbrellas were available. I look forward to spending holidays again.

The location offered beautiful surroundings and the house had good equipment. The hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions, including the Lakeland Motor Museum, very close by.

A caretaker showed us directly to the room. Cleaners and maintenance workers were efficient. They worked without impacting the peacefulness of the place.

The hotel sat near a river. The river sound met my expectations.
The heating was a disaster. An engineer had to visit daily to fix it. The manager was rude to my mum on the phone. I will not return because of that manager Richard.

the apartment had ample space.
the manager, richard, displayed poor customer service. he lacked sympathy regarding issues with the heating. i found him rude and he blamed my parents for the problem.
