good quality good room
The staff demonstrated both helpfulness and care. I found good quality products coupled with ample choice at breakfast. The room was good and clean. The complimentary apple crumble cake provided upon arrival was delicious and I appreciated it.

Stylish Retreat in the Lakes

Alex and her team. The staff fussed over our large Golden Retriever. Our dog-friendly family room was a good size. The facilities were all in very good condition.
Our room was changed unexpectedly, and it was not up to standard. The small double bed and bathroom were up two fairly steep steps. Navigating the steps at night was tricky.

fresh food clean room kind staff helpful staff
this place had really great breakfast. the food tasted so fresh and good. our room was super clean and very spacious. the staff were kind and helpful for everything i needed.
the parking situation was a little limited, but i found a spot nearby. it was the only tiny issue .

the breakfast was delicious (i especially liked the fresh fruit). my room had two bedside lamps. the staff promptly addressed a minor concern i had with the tv.
the complimentary toiletries had a scent i didn't prefer.

superb stay!

easy parking personal service breakfast options
the hotel offered easy parking and a personal service. i found the breakfast amazing, with plenty of options. the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked questions. i enjoyed the attention to detail.
the room could have benefitted from better soundproofing since i heard noise from other guests.
