the welcome i received from richard was lovely. he provided informative details regarding the guest house, the facilities, and the surrounding area. the honesty bar was a nice touch, and i appreciated the delicious breakfast served in the morning. the guesthouse had a convenient location for walking into town.

there was no air conditioning, and my room became rather stuffy. it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day. i hope they consider installing ac units in the future.

The breakfast included local bacon black pudding and Cumberland sausage served in a stack I found that acceptable.

The additional facilities are at a location down the road I was not pleased about that. There was no air conditioning in my room it became stuffy. I think the place is waiting for some investment maybe.

The location was so convenient, situated perfectly between two towns. I enjoyed the spa facilities. They were really fantastic! The breakfast offered so many options to choose from, and the setup was AMAZING!!!

The room did get rather stuffy. There was no air conditioning. It became a little uncomfortable at times.
