chipped mug dirty rooms
the cleaning staff were polite and helpful a simple room had minimal amenities it was nice and neat
i felt rooms were not cleaned as well as they should be decor needs repainted a mug in our room was chipped it was not usable

friendly staff clean room easy access
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and it was roomy. I appreciated the easy access to nearby shops.
The limited kitchen hours were a small inconvenience.

nice size friendly staff broken window office blinds
The room was a nice size. Staff were friendly to me. The room was clean on arrival. The shower worked great .
The room window was broken. Wind whistled through it all night I slept. There were no curtains only office type blinds.

friendly staff big room single pillow bathroom mirror
the staff was very friendly. the room was big and warm. lots of tea and coffee were provided. i thought the food downstairs was excellent.
i only had one pillow. there was only one chair in the room, for two guests. there was no mirror in the bathroom. the traffic throughout the night was continuous and the clock chimed every 15 minutes. i didn't get much sleep over the night.
