Acceptable Stay, Issues Encountered

difficult controls unsatisfactory explanation
The shower was not ideal. The controls were difficult to adjust to the right temperature. I was also woken up early one morning by persistent knocking at the door. A small child was attempting to enter the room, and this occurred multiple times. I reported the incident to a staff member, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation.
