a good stay!
stocked fridge breakfast selection convenient tuck shop
the room included a fridge stocked with breakfast items, such as milk and juice. i found bread for toasting available, along with various cereals. there was even a small tuck shop for walkers, i thought that was a nice idea.

hot water warm place
I was not happy that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. It was inconvenient. The accommodation also lacked a warm place to dry clothes. I had to hang things hoping they would dry overnight but they did not.

lovely stay near hadrian's wall
beer fridge breakfast assortment heated towel rail reasonable prices
i found lots of extras provided such as beer in the fridge and a fantastic assortment of breakfast items. i could buy beer and wine at reasonable prices or use the snack shed. the porch was nice and there were loads of towels plus a lovely heated towel rail.
the room was a bit cramped for a studio, and the description mentioned separate seating but there wasn't any.

Breakfast supplies were provided including bread, cereal, spreads, juice, and tea and coffee. This made the mornings easy. a snack shed offered additional options for purchase.

the studio apartment is located right next to hadrian's wall walking route. parking was right outside the room, a big plus for loading and unloading the car.

the hosts, lizzy and mike, were wonderful and helpful, they provided clear self check-in instructions. they also added lovely homely touches to.

the studio includes a microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and crockery! a fan is also available. a nice area is out front for sitting.

the room was decorated to a high standard and had everything i needed, even extras. the comfortable bed allowed for a good night's rest. the bathroom included a warm shower.
