I found lovely breakfast included and the breakfast room was so adorable. My standard room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee. The ensuite bathroom was very clean and convenient, and wifi access was very good.
The hotel beds felt rock hard. I thought it could be more comfortable.

I appreciated the very helpful staff. The breakfast menu provided a good range of choices. The location was perfect because of its closeness to the parkland. The short distance to town was ideal for exploring local shops.
Finding a parking space on arrival was initially a slight problem though I secured one later.

the staff was lovely. the breakfast was excellent, such a fantastic choice!!! the location is amazing and really close to the town centre.
The bath towels were very small and rough. i found the decor in the hotel to be dated. Such a shame because it is a beautiful building. the corridors and main areas in the hotel felt quite dated too.
