easy check-intidy room
the room was tidy. it included extra touches, which i appreciated. the self check in was easy. i liked that a lot.
the walls were thin. i could hear noise from other rooms during the night.

the house was super clean and perfectly sized for my needs. the staff offered clear explanations about everything, contributing to a more enjoyable visit. access to buses and the train was convenient, made exploring the area very easy.
My room had thin walls. Noise from other guests was noticeable, a slight disturbance

the location offers excellent access to both buses and the train station, which greatly simplifies travel. the self check-in and check-out process added a layer of convenience to my stay. heating operated efficiently, ensuring warmth during colder times.

the room included a tea kettle with a great selection of teas and hot chocolate. shampoo and soap were thoughtfully provided. the cleanliness of the room and en-suite was commendable, ensuring a pleasant environment.

the hotel sits very close to the train station with numerous food choices surrounding it. it is also a short distance from bowness for the ferry, alongside additional dining, bar, and shop selections. the hotel is near the tourist information center.

ruth responded quickly and gave accurate instructions for key access. the staff was friendly and provided clear explanations. the owner upgraded my room to a bigger one upon noticing my height.

The room had a little fridge. This was VERY handy. The location is convenient close to shops and restaurants.

The walls were thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including a disruptive argument that lasted for hours. This lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax. The bathroom was also quite small. It was hard to move around in it.
