The location was great. It was a short walk to pubs and a sainsbury's. the entrance and stairs to our room were tidy. our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a long weekend.
the room was small, also the bed was uncomfortable, that's my opinion.

there are many places to drink and eat within walking distance. you can find various restaurants and pubs offering different cuisines and atmospheres. this makes it easy to find a spot for dinner or a quick drink.

the location is near the train station, it is less than a minute walk. a bus service is available that goes to the lake and surrounding towns. this makes it easy to explore the area without a car.

The location near shops and restaurants was acceptable.
The room and the bed were tiny (I think they gave me a small double when I booked a twin). I felt £100 per night was expensive for this room. When I asked to change rooms, they wanted £125 more.
