I secured a side room and this prevented us from needing to walk through the pub area. the location proved ideal. It was right at the cumbria way start. there was also a private space assigned for bicycle storage, which i found very convenient.
i noticed what was to be a small mark on a decorative pillow.

the location was central, offering easy access to everything. my room was clean with both a tv and good hospitality amenities. staff were helpful and friendly too (especially when i needed directions). i appreciated the well-equipped room, it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
