The breakfast had plentiful options and was cooked to order. I enjoyed good selection of real ales in the bar. I found a clean and modern bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was a little small, particularly the shower area.

I found ample parking designated for hotel guests. This was a wonderful bonus. the owners were friendly. they accommodated my gluten-free dietary needs with ease. the breakfast was lovely. The evening meal was tasty too.
The wifi connection was a bit spotty.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was also quiet, a pleasant surprise since it is above a pub. the bed was very comfortable and i slept so well.

breakfast was excellent, a proper full english. i had fresh coffee, not from a machine, a big plus for me. the food was gorgeous, particularly the home-cooked options.

The staff were super friendly, including the owner, who was always available. they were very helpful . I appreciated their quick responses to my questions. all staff members were cute.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The room felt quite cramped. There was barely any space to move around the bed. the wi-fi signal was virtually non-existent in the room. maintenance seemed lacking. I noticed some general wear and tear that could use attention.
