"Been coming to flookborough for 20 odd years love it.don't tell anyone because I still want a room once a month lol x only 2 pubs left in village the engine open fires great food.the hope and anchor party pub adore them both just stay in the engine if your over 30 x"

The staff were friendly! i especially appreciated the warm welcome from the pub landlord, jonathan. he made a great breakfast! the pub dog, monty, was an adorable bonus. I loved meeting him.
the restaurant wasn't open every evening! i wasn't informed about this, made getting dinner on my second night difficult as the shop across the road was closed.
