rumbling noises broken bell

I stayed in room 1. there were strange rumbling noises all night. It sounded like plumbing. i sent an email with a recording of the sound, but i barely slept. also, when i arrived, there were no towels in the room. the bell to call for service was broken, so i had trouble getting help. it was a very frustrating experience.

pamela greeted us upon arrival. she offered tea and homemade shortbread, a nice touch. the breakfast was fresh and had many choices. the room included bath robes and plenty of plug sockets.

the room had a small amount of damp in one corner.
