The room was really lovely and cosy. Fudge was left on arrival, a nice touch. There was also a radio that played as we entered the room.
Room five should have a different bed frame. It made it very difficult to move because the walls slanted. The bed frame was squeaky.

i liked the convenient access to tourist sites. the room was clean and it had a great view. i really like the auto door too. it is a plus since i won't forget my key.
the fire alarm went off during one night in one of the rooms. someone only responded in the morning though i alerted staff at night. the rooms is smaller than what the pictures show.

the room was super clean and the decor was tasteful. the shower were good. the bed are comfortable.
The temperature in the room were hard to control. It were either too hot or too cold. towels weren't changed daily unless requested.

the modern keypad locks felt secure. The location is very handy, especially for the train station and Orrest hike. My snug bedroom was comfy and the bathroom was excellent. I am already planning to return here again!
I noticed that the kettle and tray area in my room were quite dusty. I would have liked it to be cleaner, but it wasn't a major issue.

Communication was excellent , with polite and helpful messages explaining the self check in process. Responses to queries were also very quick. The staff demonstrated great attention to detail.

The whole place was super clean with nice touches. My room offered all the essentials and a great shower. Limited on-site parking was available, though it proved adequate upon arrival.
