the staff was super friendly! i loved that the car park was a good size. i found the food menu really inviting with tasty options.
the shower was not great, honestly. i feel like the hotel needs a bit of an update to match the prices. comparing it to other hotel chains, the room quality doesn't quite stack up.

lovely stay!

super clean hotel comfortable room television size ample parking
The hotel was super clean, both inside and out. The room was comfortable and very clean! a nice size tv was included. Lots of tea and coffee were provided in the room. A packet of biscuits was a lovely treat. plenty of parking was available. i had a positive experience with the hotel's amenities.
being out in the annexe was a slight issue for me.

Breakfast was very nice! the staff was very helpful, assisting with selections and providing information about ingredients. The restaurant also maintains high standards of cleanliness. the sunny environment makes it a great start to the day.

The facilities looked well-kept and offered convenience. A large parking area accommodates many vehicles! i found the proximity to the outlet village particularly convenient. It's literally a few minutes away, accessible for quick shopping trips.

fresh breakfast efficient service ample space hotel grounds
the breakfast offered a great choice of freshly cooked options and quick service. staff members were efficient and friendly. the family room provided ample space and chalet features met all needs. parking on the hotel grounds was easily available.
The shower room felt a bit small. Drying off after showering was slightly difficult due to the limited space.

ill-fitting toilet seat lacking lid
the breakfast was acceptable (i especially liked the eggs).
I was not happy with the room i got. The toilet seat did not fit properly and lacked a lid. it felt unhygienic because i had to wipe it every time before using it.

small room tight shower
the evening food was quite good it met expectations.
i had issues with the room it was quite small and very warm. the shower was also a tight squeeze there were no decent shower gels or soaps provided only a sachet and a tiny soap bar.
