stained curtains poor cleaning

the breakfast included a lot of options, what i found acceptable.

the room i was assigned was advertised as refurbished, however i observed stains on the curtains. wallpaper was also hanging down in the bathroom. the cleaning standard was not good overall, i must say.

The location was central, right in the middle of town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The manager even assisted with parking during road closures. My room was spacious and the complimentary supplies provided were very nice (i appreciated the little details).

I noticed steep stairs leading to the upper levels, which could be challenging for some guests.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They assisted with storing luggage. Callum and Jay were particularly great. Everyone seemed kind and friendly.

i loved that the staff was super friendly and helpful. callum and jay were great (they really were!). they helped with requests like storing luggage and bikes overnight even when they were very busy. the location was perfect in the middle of the town. i would definitely stay again.

the room was very basic with rather tired furnishings. i was told to expect the sound of music from the bar until 2am. the plumbing was exciting and unpredictable, it gave me a big surprise (haha!).
